Judicial review & interim relief

Context

A detained client faced imminent removal while further representations and medical evidence required urgent review.

My contribution

Under supervision, reviewed Home Office decisions and removal directions; prepared a chronology, UTIAC forms, draft order and indexed evidence bundle; and supported instructions to Counsel against a strict Tribunal deadline.

Result

Interim relief was granted and the client was subsequently released.
