Litigation support
Urgent applications, chronologies, draft orders, Tribunal forms, indexed bundles and deadline control.
Liverpool-based paralegal
I support litigation, public-law and human-rights matters with careful analysis, clear drafting and calm client care - especially when the deadline is urgent and the circumstances are difficult.

A considered approach
My experience spans urgent judicial-review applications, immigration detention and removal matters, asylum and further-submissions work, and evidence gathering for vulnerable clients.
I combine legal precision with practical communication so that complex work remains organised, accurate and human.
What I bring
Experience built through live matters, supervised drafting and direct client support - backed by rigorous postgraduate training.
Urgent applications, chronologies, draft orders, Tribunal forms, indexed bundles and deadline control.
Focused legal research across public law, detention, removal, human rights and procedural issues.
Witness statements, attendance notes and clear evidence review drawn from complex or sensitive instructions.
Calm, respectful support for vulnerable clients, with accurate updates and practical explanations of process.
Selected matter experience
These examples are anonymised and reconstructed from my experience. Identifying details have been removed to protect confidentiality.
A detained client faced imminent removal while further representations and medical evidence required urgent review.
Under supervision, reviewed Home Office decisions and removal directions; prepared a chronology, UTIAC forms, draft order and indexed evidence bundle; and supported instructions to Counsel against a strict Tribunal deadline.
Interim relief was granted and the client was subsequently released.
Sensitive protection matters required coherent evidence from clients, healthcare professionals and community witnesses.
Gathered and organised evidence, prepared draft statements and chronologies, identified points requiring clarification and maintained careful communication with clients experiencing trauma and distress.
Created clearer, better-organised records for solicitor review while protecting confidentiality and client dignity.
Case information and follow-up actions needed a more consistent structure so that clients could receive timely, accurate updates.
Helped migrate and organise notes within a case-management system, improved follow-up records and made key information easier for the team to retrieve.
Contributed to reducing repeated daily enquiries from approximately 30 to 5.
Professional experience
My legal training is strengthened by experience in client relations, financial accuracy and high-pressure service environments.
Supported urgent judicial-review, detention, asylum, further-submissions and NRM matters through research, drafting, evidence preparation, Counsel liaison and accurate case records.
Translate legal and procedural information into accessible guidance for more than 100 international law students and coordinate contributions from graduates, tutors and practitioners.
Manage an international client pipeline, build trust through digital communication and handle questions and objections with professionalism.
Reviewed financial records across multiple portfolios, maintained accuracy under deadlines and coordinated timely reporting with internal teams.
Qualifications
Training across solicitor and barrister pathways has strengthened my research, drafting, analysis, advocacy and client communication.
